The Iowa Department of Public Health (IDPH) is dedicated to the pursuit of protecting and improving the health of Iowans. Public health strives to improve the quality of life for all Iowans by assuring access to evidence-based population-health programs. 

The Healthy Habit All-Stars are a group of animated characters designed to educate children about health issues. These characters are easy for children to relate to while delivering age-appropriate health messages. The characters spread their health messages by intervening when a child has a health problem. The All-Stars are made up of Lucy, Miss Roberta, Glen and D.O.G.

Grasshorse collaborated with the IDPH to use the character designs of the Healthy Habit All-Stars and create the unique look of Lucy’s Workshop using 2D/3D hybrid animation techniques in the Adobe Creative Suite software and Blender 3D animation software.
